It was conveniently located and very nice facilities. They had an awesome breakfast included, coffee bar at all hours and changed our room to a lower level for more convenience for my 90 year old mom.

The bathroom was oddly small and there was some hammering early in the morning, in the hotel. But it was nothing serious, nothing that would keep me from staying again!

The staff was very nice. We liked that it had a balcony as the weather was unseasonably warm. It was very clean.

The security feature that requires a key card to get into the outside door was broken and it was a very secluded in the rear. There was no microwave in the room. A few items in the room needed repaired or replaced. The office chair and ottoman were damaged. There were weird spots above the bed on the ceiling. The tub had some caulk hanging down and it was kinda mildewed. Whereas, we liked the seclusion, it was kinda weird being so close to the dumpsters.

The heater in our room made a noise every time it cut off that sounded like a cat was in it. obviously the motor is going out but it was an annoying sound to hear all night long. The leather ottoman was so worn that the leather was hanging off and falling off all over the place. The bathroom faucet was splashing water all over the sink. Every time you turned it on to wash your hands it was going behind the Faucet. The shower faucet needed to be replaced as well. It was worn and just practically spinning so it was hard to control the temperature of the water in the shower.
