It was merely shelter
The Wifi was non existent and I needed the Wifi for work. The room smelled bad. There was a roach in the shower. The washing machine did not work.

motel was in close proximity to the activities we were doing
room was supposed to be a handicap assessable room. The beds were too close together, so I was unable to put my walker and wheelchair closer to the bed. Water pressure was very bad, the toilet was not an accessible toilet. The safety rail was too far back to get a grip on to pull myself up and the toilet was regular size it needs to be accessible toilet and the room smelled pretty bad . i would like a refund!!! The hallway leaving into the room also smelled bad I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyonebut
if it wasn’t the Fourth of July weekend, I would’ve went to a different hotel!!!

It has a nice pool
Uncomfortable mattress, I got bit by bed bugs, the keys stopped working both nights I was there, old towels, no toiletries, no coffee in the room, and I was charged twice on my credit card for it. They ignored my booking payment and told me it was only a deposit.

Someone was in my room doing drugs..I asked for a refund hopefully I get it.

The hotel was not as clean as the pictures showed. Our room smelled awful. The AC in our room had a ton of dust all over like it has never been cleaned. The light above our bed didn't work. Also the only ice machine that worked was still half broken. The wires were all hanging out.

Awfully slow and foolish check-in. Very noisy plumbing and electrics. No coffee machine in the room. Expensive.

It was close to the downtown area.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable like cardboard. The shower head had water coming out of it. Alot of it water was everywhere. For 200 dollars I was expecting things to be a bit more decent.

The place was dirty the table in the room was dirty the hall ways where stinky dead bugs in the room $200 down the shiter

This hotel was filthy every room smelled like dog urine there was drug addicts running around the halls and parking lot. The police were running around the parking lot. Cigarette smoke filled the hallways in bedrooms. I want my money back
This play should be shut down and tore down the whole place smells like dog urine drug addicts run rampant through the place the police run through the parking lots all night long.

The rooms were hot even with the AC on, and the mattress was uncomfortable, Bad pillows on top of that. Seems like the room wasn't cleaned and the bathroom had no vanity/circulation.

We stayed in this property only one night due to a flight cancellation. It was loud, dirty and while we come from a metropolitan area ourselves felt unsafe. Also there was no shampoo or anything other than a bar of soap.

Floor looked dirty, baseboard in bathroom had water damage and a soft spot in shower. Also I usually stay in the elevator bldg and was placed in the ghetto building. Disappointed. Staff was nice.
Inspect rooms before putting people in it.
