Very nice staff and beautiful pool area.

Nothing.

This is a very upscale hotel. Everything from decor to staff to room and to breakfast were so well maintained and top notch. The staff was courteous and assures guests have a good stay. I will surely be considering this brand for my future locations as well.

Nothing comes to my mind. Everything was just perfect.

The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and they switched it up every day, which we loved. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.  The room we stayed in was very nice and we had a great view.  We had a noisy air conditioner, and when I asked them to fix it, they fixed it while we were out that day, and when we came back, it worked perfectly. 

I can’t say that we didn’t like this, but it would’ve been nice if they had an on-site restaurant.

clean, nice staff, pretty big rooms.

two things I didn’t like: first thing the beds sucks. I feel they are very hard. tossed and turned a-lot at night and my back wad stiff and soar the next day. second the hall way to and from the pool…. VERY SLIPPERY!! And in the pool area very slippery. they need to put something down for some traction especially in the outside hallway. paint the bumpy stuff in the hall on the floor, or something. it’s been this way for the last two years we have gone. Traction on wet floors is a must!!

Too expensive and I felt gouged with a $50 pet fee (with no designated pet area) and a $10 “incidental” fee for exactly what I don’t know. The front desk staff seemed apathetic - not very welcoming. However, the maintenance staff was friendly and engaging.

The motal was very clean and neat.. unfortunately the bed was abit too firm for my liking

There nothing I disliked ...

the hot tub was cold and dirty, the jets didn’t work.

the room was nice

the floor above was loud and running, when staff im guessing would walk with their cleaning carts you could hear everything in your room, the maids had loud music while cleaning

location convenience, was happy about the pool and hot tub being open 24 hrs.

Jets weren’t working in the hot tub and it wasn’t very hot.

location and decent overall facilities

sink was clogged with hair. they were there for an hour and a half trying to unclog, didn’t leave until 10:30pm and still wasn’t done. won’t stay again.

Streetlight outside window, unable to block. MATRESS UNCOMFORTABLE.

seems like the rooms were a bit run down, need new paint or furniture
