The staff did not wear mask. On the last night there 10/8/22 I could not sleep because the customer next door was shouting & keeping up so much noise we could not sleep! I tried to call the manager & the desk. No answer at either number & I tried several times for about an hour! I did not receive a receipt under my door nor was I given a receipt when I checked out!

I love the fact the staff were so helpful and nice.The staff made sure any and every need was met. My room was she comfortable and clean. It was quiet and extremely relaxing.overall I will most definitely be booking for another room in the future.

Everything was absolutely perfect😊 nothing was out of place. This was by far the best stay I've ever experienced.

Beds were comfy, buiding was clean, staff was adequate.

It was showing some wear and tear. Pool was in rough condition, it was clean, just had a lot of paint chipping and some erosion on some of the metal. Bed had a big dip in one of the mattress.

The front desk staff did not do her job. She mistook my name and told me I didn’t have a reservation, then told me go to another holiday inn. I called the front desk number on the reservation file to confirm the address before I went the other one, I am sure it’s her voice, she gave me a wrong address. I went to the wrong one, the staff there told me it’s definitely the previous location had my reservation. Then I called her again and again, she either didn’t answer my call or hang up my call. Long story short, we finally got checked in. Then we found the room light was broken, the vent of bathroom was not working, room was dirty. We reported the damaged light, she said someone will come to check it soon. But nobody showed up at all. What was disappointing more, the breakfast was canceled. We paid for more to get breakfast included, then it’s canceled and we have to contact Booking.com to get refund only if we paid extra for breakfast. It supposed to be included in my payment already. Terrible!!!!

Staff took care of our needs, moved us to another room after request.

1st room carpet was wet and floor was sticky. We stayed 4 nights and everyday and every night there was no breakfast at no dinner. Says $10 per person was included so I would like my $80 back please. Never again at a holiday Inn!
