Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Not bad for the price.

Minimal parking. Front desk staff was not very friendly. 3rd floor smelled like pot as soon as you got off the elevator. Rm 301 previously had a party and was not properly cleaned (balloon remnants, Twix wrapper by the bed, a short black curly hair in the tub and other leftovers from previous guests on the floor). No DO NOT DISTURB marker for the door. One light in the bathroom isn't working. No fresh tp rolls or replacements. Beds have metal bars that are ankle height that stick out the sides of the bed, that are trying to be hidden by the bed skirt.

Eggs were bad,didnt eat don't think they were real ,coffee ok. Terrible for the money to sleep one night .

We figured for 145.00 + a night the room wouldn't stink so bad like mold or a gymnasium, I think it was coming from the air conditioner also .you need to check room#321 ,also your elevator could use some ac or a fan or something.

Had to ask for silver ware, and the milk had a bad taste, the first room the beds were so close to the wall you would have to climb over each other.

If I had got the room I had ask for they told me i would get a handicapped room.

Appreciated fridge and microwave. Room quiet; in back of hotel with trees outside. Breakfast ok, but eating area didn't feel welcoming somehow.

Door lock hard to secure; it kept sticking. Key sometimes didn't work. Hotel in very downmarket area, and farther from the beach than I'd hoped.

The room was excellent. Very spacious. All amenities within the room were not in short supply. Plenty of towels, etc.

Within the room, the Kleenex box had just 2 tissues. They missed that step. The night front desk employee was uninviting. He did his job. But didn't extend his courtesy outside of getting the job done. No smile to greet me. He might have mumbled hello. I couldn't quite hear him. But not until I said "Hi" first. The morning front desk employee was the same. She offered just a "hello" after I initiated it. She didn't ask anything about my stay. Just a business-like thank you and a mumbling "Have a good day" when turning in my room key. No eye contact or smiley greeting. These are minor complaints. But for a 3-Star rating, and paying a bit more, it should be expected.

This location was very convenient for what I visited for. The room was very comfortable and clean.

When checking in, the lady that assisted could have been a bit more friendly. Secondly, Saturday night, there was a roach in the tub. I'm sure it could have come from the drain but I've never seen this before in a hotel so this really bothered me.

our king bedroom was large with a full couch and partial wall between couch and bed. I was able to go to sleep without bright lights while my husband watched tv. clean and comfortable. we plan on staying here again on our trips to see our son and his family in Houston.
