where do I being….. For Nonsmoking facility it smelled like pour cigarettes! First room (318) the shower didn’t work, the water couldn’t be turned on, that shower hasn’t been turned in long time. The attendant downstairs was super sweet and this isn’t her fault. She transferred us downstairs to the handicap room…. well shower head just stuck in an outward position, which wet the whole bathroom floor ( how’s that for safety) Oh and we killed two ROACHES AND FOUND SEVERAL DEAD ONES….! PLEASE READ!!! If you can please stay anywhere else! This place is disgusting and that is being nice! The minute my husband and I walked into our room and turned the lights on roaches where scattering everywhere! On the walls, in the sink, in the bathroom! We didn't even put our suitcases down. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened and he gave us another room on the 3rd floor. We couldn't even sleep. We wanted to sleep in our car. We left. We asked for a refund but since we booked through booking.com they said we had to go through them. Well booking.com gave us the run around and even after we explained the situation to them we still to this very minute haven't received a refund. We will never use booking.com again. Just know if you ever run into a problem with a hotel using booking.com they will not refund you even though we stayed in our hotel room for 10 minutes at the most and immediately called them about our problem. We didn't receive a refund from booking.com nor the hotel so we lost out on over $200. We ended up going to another hotel across town and had an amazing stay. Please save your time and money and never make the mistake we made.

Had trouble with the remote control. Would not change channels. New batteries still problems
