The overall stay was good! The staff was very helpful, but the hotel had a smell that was unpleasant to me.

It is FILTHY and has a stench that is unbearable especially on the 3rd floor. They have the filthiest carpets with the worst brown stains and the stench of amonia will truly kill Simone one day. It’s dirty. It stinks. It’s bad. I’m sorry

I didn’t like nothing

Rooms was horrible and the staff was horrible. Everything about my stay was horrible!

The area

When you walk into the building it smells bad, there is an odor that smells like mold, mildew. The carpet and walls are horrible… The bathroom was not clean and the towels were not clean either.

The location was conveniently located to popular areas.

The hotel is an older hotel that needs a complete remodel. The room smelled like animal urine. Baby roaches got to running when we started cleaning to feel comfortable. We had to wipe everything we were gonna touch. It was not clean. The leather desk chair was disgustingly dirty. We sprayed the beds with disinfectant. Sheets were not white. And rust in the tub.

Outside appearance

Everything was outdated. Furniture was broken (Recliner and TV issues). Rust throughout bathroom .Moldy-like smell in hotel.
