Great food. Wish had more vegan or vegetarian friendly food options specifically for breakfast. I loved the staff for being very friendly.

Clean and nice

Apparently they only clean the rooms if you ask. I asked twice for them to clean the room. We were there 4 days. They did not come in once. I had to ask for a trash bag to dump trash from the cans. Ask for towels and toilet paper. They said they would clean room. When I checked out and complained the nice front desk lady looked into why room was not touched for 4 days. Housekeeping said we had a do not disturb sign on door. Flat out lied. We did not. The rating of 3 stars is for lack of housekeeping and cleaning when asked. I told 2 different employees we wanted room clean. I do appreciate the one lady at front desk looking into why room wasn’t cleaned

The room was not clean and the pillowcases had dried blood on one of them and smelled like Body odor

I absolutely loved having the disabled room—the roll-in shower. We were staying because of the wedding of my grandson in Katy. Tx. I have a disabled grown son. The breakfast was great. One day was bacon, another day was sausage, then another day was breakfast wrap.

On the breakfast bar- the waffle instructions were little hard to understand. By turning the waffle mixture immediately caused spillage. It seems it needs to make a crust, then turn. The waffle also stuck even after spraying the waffle iron. The refrigerator in our room would not close well. Using my son’s shower chair on the commode was hitting the tissue bars. The bars were too close to the commode.

The water pressure was good

Breakfast could’ve included tortillas with the makings of a breakfast burrito.
