breakfast was good. When we got settled into our new room, we were ok.
Staff put me in someone else's room We left they came in and continued to stay even after they seen our belongings and took some of our things.

The breakfast was excellent and the location for breakfast was excellent. The staff was superb!
The room was a handicap room: the problems included no walk-in shower, a very slick tile floor in the bathroom and a small bath mat to step on to. In addition, as my wife was getting into the tUB for a shower, one of the handicaP BARS PULLED OUT OF THE WALL. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE BAR HAD NOT BEEN ANCHORED PROPERLY. I WOULD ALSO ADD THAT THE STAFF RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND REPAIRED THE BAR. I WOULD NOTE THAT THE MATTRESS WAS PRETTY MUCH USED UP.

I was upgraded to a King Suite by the front desk clerk. She was very nice, funny, and professional.

Breakfast was great. hotel was clean. Loved the king suite we had. The only thing we complained about were the pillows seemed to soft. everything else was up to par. would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The complementary breakfast was awesome. They had a variety of options to choose from. I requested early check in and they had the room ready for me before our arrival.

For the per night room rate the ice machine should have been repaired the day it went out of order. It had been not working for a week as per employees.

would appreciate if non dairy options were available at breakfast. we’re vegan. we had to buy our own nondairy milk and organic berries.

I checked in on the night of the snow storm in prescott valley. I took the room because that was the only other stop the groome shuttle made. I checked in after midnight, still paid 150.00 and was told check out was 11am even though I told the RECEPTIONIST that I had to find a ride or uber to Sedona and didn't know exactly because of the snow. She didn't offer to help. I asked if I could have a bottle of water because I didn't have anything else to eat or drink, SHE SEEMED PUT OUT. I asked if an extra night was possible and she said NO. The Harlem Globetrotters were coming in. I didn't get to sleep till after 2am. My luggage was all wet from the airport. AT 6AM THE HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS WERE TROTTING LOUDLY ON MY HEAD ON THE FLOOR ABOVE. I called reception and said these people are pounding on my head!!!!! I did not get back to sleep. I want a refund. A REFUND.

Food was great and the ladies were super friendly.
Front desk had considerable difficulty finding reservations and working with the booking.com system. The 2 front desk women worked very hard to get us checked in. It took about an half hour. There was definitely a problem from booking.coms side.
