It was very clean and very quiet… and close to everything that I needed

There was a little bit of construction going on, but nothing that interrupted my time being there

Comfortable bed.

Our room was dirty. There was dirt and grit build up in the corners of the bathroom. The floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water and the worse part was the hand print and smudges all other the head board. Really gross. The only reason I didn't ask for a different room was because they were fully booked.

Staff

Could not open the door without assistance from staff. Hair dryer made a terrible noise, smelled like electrical fire possibly, the end of the dryer blew off when started. I did not leave it on and I reported it to the staff.

We stayed here due to the freeway shutting down for 8+hrs.... so it gave us a place to stay. The staff was friendly so a big shout out to the late night staff. We were exhausted and it was pretty late at night, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Our room had flying bugs on the wall/lamp shade. One ok.. it happens. But when there are a few, then I get creeped out. A hotel room shouldn't feel like camping in the great outdoors.

I like the new beds and it was clean

I didn’t like that I had to park a building over due to lack of parking, and walk in dark with my child alone to room. I didn’t like ac unit made loud noise all night, the shower made allot of noise like i would fall through, and last that we were right by a gas station.

The staff was friendly and the fridge in the room was bigger and nicer than the ones at Days Inn. Nothing fancy but everything was nice. All the lights and plugs worked. The water got hot right away (a good thing) and the breakfast was great!

The ac was a little too close to the bed but it worked great. I really don't have anything to complain about.

The wifi connection was terrible, the carpet had stains on it, the sliding doors under the sink were broken. Etc ,etc ,etc

Convenient snack shop and complimentary plates and forks. Comfy bed. Great smelling lotion! Pool a little green.

Dirty in bathroom. Being toilet paper roll absolutely scummy. Time for a deep clean.
