It was nice to have a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. We were there to eat at the Marble Room. It was across the street behind the hotel.
The bathroom area was the only negative of the room. The sink is small, and the lighting was not ideal. The lighting was indirect from around the mirror. It was hard to see to shave. The valet was easy in and right on the spot for drop off, but there was no luggage cart available to help get our luggage into the hotel and to our room. When we were leaving the next morning, we could not use the easy tap text to call up our car. It had not been checked in correctly, so the system had us seemingly out driving our car. We had only checked in the afternoon before and never moved our car.

The location.
The staff told us we would receive free parking but it was untrue. There was no free parking at the hotel and we were sold the valet parking. We find the communication deceitful and misleading.

The location was excellent.
The location of this hotel was exceptional! But after we were in our room a staff member opened our door & walked in. Our room was not very clean. The floor was filthy. And the shower door would not stay shut. My husband actually fixed it while we were there...only temporarily I'm sure.

Fantastic location. Just a block from rocket mortgage stadium and Jack Casino as well many many places within walking distance to eat, see a show, or shop.
The hotel does have a unique layout, and multiple towers to the building so getting to our room was a bit of a walk once inside the hotel.

Dishwasher seemed to be an afterthought. Overall hotel needs some updates. Common areas were clean and breakfast was good and had exceptional staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect.
I had a confirmation for my booking. Unfortunately I was not able to check-in on my arrival. The receptionist couldn’t find my booking so I was forced out the hotel, which was quite bad since I had nowhere to go after traveling for approximately 21 hours.
Luckily I was able to book a room at a hotel close by for a night. At the next morning I went back to the hotel. Another receptionist was then able to see my booking and I was able to check-in finally.
Sadly, the toilet of my room was quite dirty. I stayed there for 5 nights but I had only once a room-clean service

Loved the location in the heart of downtown Cleveland! Also a full size kitchenette and the ability to connect our Netflix account was definitely a pleasant experience!
Couch and floors were so dirty we placed a sheet over the couch to sit on it. Bathroom sink drain slowly and all phones didn’t work in the room. My wife and I are not super picky, but cleanliness was a huge disappointment for this property.

Disappointed in smell of room 302. TV was facing opposite the bed and if we turned it there was no picture. Bathroom toilet was loose from floor. Tub was dirty. Carpet had mildew smell. No view at all from windows. Long walk for us elderly from elevator.

They didn’t realize I prepaid for my stay and took my credit card and booked me twice for the room. It is still pending on my credit card account after reporting it to mgmt.

Drains clogged… we had a suite… out of shower products… coffee cups dirty… bill was to be $327.?? They charged me $500.00

Stayed here twice now and this last time was just too expensive. Maybe last time we just got a great deal. The valet parking is a scam, it’s all digital and they add a surcharge on top of the already pricey overnight fee, I think it was 40 bucks a night

It was close to the event we traveled to Cleveland for. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet for the location.
Took the valet a while to bring our car on the day of departure.

Location. It is a beautiful hotel and it was super clean.
Does t have its own parking. Can do valet for 40 or 44. We found a parking garage within walking distance that was just 25.

The room was very clean, the free bfast was the best we ever had at a hotel, the hotel was located in walking distance from restaurants and Rocket Mortgage field to our Venue

The staff were all incredibly friendly and the building was beautiful. Centrally located to so much the city has to offer. The bar and other common areas had a luxury feel to them and everything was so nice and CLEAN!
Only 2 complaints: when paying for a hotel room, parking should always be included, in my opinion. $40.00 a day to park when we've already paid to use the facility is pretty steep. Also, my husband had to repair the toilet at 3 am when he used the bathroom only to find that the toilet had been continuously running and the flush mechanism was broken. Thankfully he's a handy guy and it was a simple fix!
