Food was scrumptious. The interior of the hotel is designed impeccably. Absolutely beautiful.
There was dust on the vents and the ceiling of the room it was also all over the room. On the tables, chairs and bed. I didn't realize any of this until i had. friend visit who advised me to have the hotel staff come vacuum it up. They did so which was greatly appreciated,

We stayed for three nights and had breakfast each day. The tables at the restaurant were not clean. The staffs uniform were sloppy.. except for Maurice. The cook walked around eating..and scratching his beard..
The hotel was nice however, not as clean as it could have been. The staff was great.. cleaning team could pay a little more attention to detail.

location. beautiful building
staff was rude. room was dirty. lobby smelled of rotten egg. lack of usual amenities such as water, garbage cans, etc. no convenience store of first floor for water/drinks.

it was designed with current trends.
the lobby was very cold. the room was focused more on design vs function for the visitor. such as the lighting. harsh overhead lights and the light by the bed was harsh as well. there was no waste basket in the bedroom or sitting area. No table to sit at to eat or desk to work at. again lighting poor. the tv’s in the room only gave spectrum tv No prime or Netflix. The tv didn’t connect to the wifi so you couldn’t even screen your smart phone computer or iPad.
the bathroom again harsh overhead lights. Not practical. the shower had a stationary overhead rain head, looks pretty and current, but not practical for a guest as there was not removable shower head for those who don’t want to be soaked.
also, there was a small refrigerator but no coffee maker, so it forced the guest to order room service for coffee in the morning.
it seems the whole space focused on art and design, not the guests comfort.

The bars were exceptional! Especially loved the soaking tub in our room. It was a perfect spot for a date night!

The chef wasn't there so I couldn't get any food.

There was no electrical outlets for international plugs and no adapters available....so I had no phone... I was totally pissed off.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect in every way! Loved the smoked old fashioned at Ledger! Customer service amazing! The King Suite was the perfect definition of luxe! Could not get room service after 10 pm but ordered from a local gyro place and the food arrived quickly, was hot, fresh, and suited for people who do not eat pork.

ordered room service that never came. called and were told that food was delivered to wrong room. waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes and never received a meal, checked out and left

the roof top bar was closed. I called to make sure all amenities were open before I checked in and they told me they were and that it would be fireworks show for the Fourth of July holiday and I was deceived. once I get there they said they were closed so my holiday and also my birthday (which is what I was celebrating) was ruined. the next day I go get breakfast, which I had to fight for because they told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, it was an error breakfast was in fact included in the room rate. went through all that trouble only to find out they were out of the main breakfast items. I called to make a complaint and got totally blown off as if my time and my money that was wasted didn’t matter. they didn’t even care to compensate me in any type of way. I will never ever patronize this place again. very, very, very disappointed. they made me feel less then and I don’t like that. to just totally disregard my complaint and justify why it happened, is just very poor customer service.
