Eggs were cold on 2 mornings Grapefruit halve should have been sectioned.

The rooms were spacious fully equipped and has a kitchen with full size refrigerator microwave dishwasher and small stove top. My husband likes big patio with tables with umbrellas and grills, pool, hot tubs, outdoor games cornhole, putting green connect four. There is also a puzzle and computers near the dining area. The breakfast staff are adorable and very friendly. We love to chat with them every morning. Breakfast is always very good. I’m a fan of the oatmeal and grit’s already prepared for you and not in those little instant packs. I also like all the toppings available.

Not really. Maybe a sign at the road indicating which drive to enter for check in but 10 out of 10 on every aspect. Service and hospitality is a 12/10 for me. Maybe a little bonus for each department when they are specifically mentioned in a review:). Just a little something something to let them know they are appreciated!

We liked the spacious of the rooms. The setup and design was well thought out and planned with the ability to close off the bedroom area for sleeping if you had a family member staying up to watch TV. We also had 2 TVs in our suites Sound proof rooms is true. We did not hear anything from the rooms next door—-I thought that it was contrived but I was surprised by how much noise we hear in other hotels that we don’t hear in this one. It doesn’t block 100% as I sometimes heard some hallway noise but I didn’t hear anything coming from the rooms beside us.

I love the small suites. Almost like your own personal apartment away from home.

My shower wasn’t cleaned well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The location, the large lobby, the outdoor seating area and the pool are great!

My only problem was not knowing that housekeeping has an every-other day schedule.

the staff was very friendly, the outdoor patio was wonderful and the pool area was nice but could be a tad bigger.

our room had issues with the floor, like it was caved in and they put wood boards on the floor to try and support the floor and put the carpet over it to cover it, the tub felt like it was caving in in the center, not flat, so it was weird trying to stand in it, the hallway was freezing cold, and the thermostat didn’t work right in the room. they are showing pictures of how they are going to update the common areas, I think the rooms could definitely use the updates first

the location was great, close to the beach. the staff was very friendly, always helping. they also offer a transfer for other locations in the island. great breakfast.

It was inviting and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. I hope to be back again soon. I highly recommend this hotel. There's nothing bad to report.

Our suite had everything you would want: a well-supplied kitchen, large living area, and super comfortable King-sized bed. We brought our 12-year kitty along and the room was perfectly located for us to easily get her and her pet kennel in and out of our suite. Their buffet breakfast was delicious, too. I highly recommend this Inn!

The only (minor) negative thing I would say is there was a puddle of water on the top shelf of the refrigerator which I didn't at first notice, so some of the items I put in there got wet.

I would have liked to have had more room cleaning. had to ask for towels and washcloths 2times.
