Excellent location , ocean view with a balcony.

Parking was a big problem. Room was only cleaned once every three days. Had to take our own trash down. Had to ask for clean towels daily. Many times no one was at the desk at night and the entry doors were open. Site security was nonexistent. Note: we did not have a problem but the lack of security was an issue.

Breakfast was OK.

The place looks great from the outside, but our room was dirty and very beat up. The in-room fridge didn't work, and they crudgingly moved us to a new room, after maintenance guy said we should be moved. There were large bare spots of poorly-done spackle or other patching material in the bathroom. We would NOT stay there again.

Great location.

This is an older hotel that attempted to upgrade but missed the mark. The ac/ heat was loud and the room initially smelled funny. Couldn't get water after breakfast unless you paid$2 for bottled water. Pillows were hard.

The staff was very friendly and trying to accommodate us. When we arrived it was late at night the lady at the desk moved us into another room to give us four privacy in the morning when we got that room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We informed the front desk they moved us into the original room booked. In the bathroom the tub had rust in it, water damage in the top corner above the shower.

Easy access to the beach and restaurant. Free breakfast is nice

Close to the Beach and decent complimentary breakfast. Water, chips, wine, beer, some liquor and soft drinks for purchase at desk. Fridge and microwave in the room. Dining within walking distance.

No frills on the premises but nice place to crash after your daily activities. The pool area is not an appealing place to hang out. Good value but plan activities away from the hotel itself.
