The room was very clean and they had quality shampoo and conditioner and also body wash in case you forget yours.

I didn't like the fact that our air conditioner/heating system wasn't functioning except for the fan. None of the buttons worked so therefore we burned up all night which prevented us from getting any sleep and had to work the next day. It was horrible. Also they also tried to charge us twice! Once on my card when we arrived and again at a little after 12 am on my wifes card. I just don't see how that could have been a mistake when it was almost 2 hours later.

The rooms were great and they had great breakfast.

I have visited family in selma and this is my second time staying there since remodel and still no pool in service. My child and husband are water people. The st. James is cheaper but no pool and microwave and refrigerator so we paid the additional for the amenities and no pool for the second time.

I paid online and was still charged at the facility, twice! While trying to resolve the issue, the manager had a terrible attitude.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

The tv has 2 remotes. I kinda messed my tv up for a few brief minutes.

Convenient to our friends and family. It had many amenities but we only stayed the one night so could really use. Also beds were comfortable.

When we arrived at our room # 329 as my husband said it smelled like feet and ass, the base boards were pulling away from the walls and at night getting up going to the restroom my husband killed a cockroach. We had to go buy carpet freshener, lysol and febreeze to clear the smell on a daily. We like to maintain our own cleanliness of our room when we go out of town, we couldn't receive extra wash face rags or towels, unless we turned in the other, and we would have to go get anything needed ourselves,we would have to ask for trash bags to even change out our on trash. The phone in our room didn't allow me to call the front desk and the carpets through out the building needed to be vacuumed and steamed cleaned..
