we check in i woke up at 2:20am with Bed bug bites all over my arm went to the front desk showed her and she said sorry and sent us to another room and it was cleaned seen like someone was staying there. Move to another room water all in the floor from the air conditioning. at 3:00am people was hollowing and playing throwing eggs and the front desk said she hsd called the police and not to go out of the room. Rooms are very nasty. and full of bed bugs. Have to go to the doctor

The whole place is very nasty and the one night staff was so hateful.

Room smelled like smoke, TV did not work even after I informed someone. Maintenance was gon before I checked in, so they had to switch my room. Even that room had a mold smell and cigarette burns all over the bed. Horrible

I was charged for room 212 which I was only actually for 20 minutes bc it was infested with bedbugs. I checked out and went and stayed at another hotel. Was told I wouldn’t be charged.

Bedbugs bed bugs bed bugs. They were crawling on the bed and my daughter. I itches all night because of the experience.

First the room we were sent to already had someone in it so she put us in another room but we refused to stay in that one because there were large groups of people just hanging out all out side. It was right in front of our room. I tried to get a refund and go somewhere else but she said she couldn't do that a manager would have to do it. She than put us in front of building which was quieter. We were suppose to have a king bed but no. The room was dusty, had cigarette burns on the bath tub and covers. It smelt like we were smoking weed in our room and we don't smoke. Also half the night the smoke alarm kelp beeping. Then they offer breakfast when we reserved it but at 7am the front was locked and you can see a waffle maker and cereal but they had none out.
