Location was great

There was a bunch of garbage right outside our room when we arrived (7-8pm) no decals or nonslip material in tub. Slipped!

Easily accessible by car and surrounded by several restaurants within walking distance. There's not much else in the area. The rooms are large and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Free coffee available 24/7. The staff was polite.

Cleanliness leaves some to be desired, I found a pill on the carpet in my room. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, inconsistent from day to day, not much selection and varying quality. The pool is shallow and very tiny, as is the gym. The WiFi is unsecured, which is annoying. They charge an extra 20$/night fee which is refunded at the end of the stay after a few days, but again this is annoying.

Breakfast room large enough for all the guests who arrived at the time we were there. Breakfast average. Not as much choice as other places we have stayed in. Staff efficient at clearing, cleaning and replenishing items.

More choice of food

Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day. Staff friendly. Not a huge choice at breakfast but more than sufficient for a complimentary breakfast and again, with unlimited drinks.

We were given the disability accessible room which was fine except that, in the wet room, the water from the shower did not run towards the drain, it just sat on the floor until eventually drying next day or room service cleaned it. Coming from Europe I was surprised how cold (not only here but everywhere) they have the air con and that disposable plates, cups and cutlery are used in all places. In a world I thought everyone was now thinking of the environment this was quite a shock.

Loved that restaurants were close by. The hotel and staff were excellent

Traffic

Breakfast was okay. Breakfast staff was friendly.

I didn’t have a suite as I had assumed. No microwave in my room as. I had requested. Room located further from the elevator as I had requested.

the pool was out of order but they are in the process of fixing it, so it should be up and running in about 2 weeks

Good location with plenty of good food outlets nearby. It is not as plush as the Marriott a couple of minutes away but the rate is much better and you get what you pay for. Clean, comfortable with good staff.

they told us before we went that there pool was open, got there the pool was empty. dirty the minute you walk in, the curtains in the windows looked like the 1960’s. we did not stay.

everything

half of the lights outside were either off or flickering, smelled as you entered hotel, room was not completely clean and I have videos of mold all over windows, in heat/ ac unit in room, maintenance has clearly not been done on the property for several years including water damage all in the bathroom, wallpaper all coming down. I have pictures of everything. didn’t sleep at all as I was concerned about all the mold. it was one night.

The rooms were nice and the price was decent. There were many resturants near by but for a Friday night reservations are a must!

It was really loud! I could hear someone getting sick in the room next store and kids in the hallway. Staff was kind but inexperienced.

I got the room for my parents for after a long day of visiting family, they said the stay was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing....I was very pleased with my interaction with Colin and Liz... thank you.

I know it was a holiday, but I wish it was a bit cheaper, I don't have a lot of money, but I found they had the best reviews so it was worth it for my parents.
