Jennifer at the front desk was very nice! Bob was also nice. Location is great wish it was a different hotel there!

Where do I start? Wi-Fi is AWFULLLL!!! Dirty carpets, dirty walls, rude housekeeping, they give you into a smoking room if you have a pet or service animal which is ILLEGAL!!! Housekeeping will pound on your door even if you ever do not disturb sign out or have told them please do not bother me, people fight in the parking lot and they have people permanently living there including the town drunk who will definitely harass you and make you feel uncomfortable! I was washing my hands one day and an ant fell out of the ceiling vent into my luggage, where I still had clothes in it! I asked to move it was received with much harassment! Gave this place several chances to do right by me and was constantly met with minimal hospitality. Spend 10 more dollars and go ANYWHERE else!

I liked the room having a refrigerator and microwave. That was an unexpected bonus

Not only was there no shampoo provided (which I could have perhaps lived without) - but there wasn't a hair drier provided. So even if I had brought my own shampoo, I would have had to leave my room in winter, with wet hair, in the cold

they cleaned the room everyday. this doesn’t happen at most hotels since Covid they clean the room every three days

remote barely worked the room needs a new one

I caused myself a major problem. I left my phone in a friend's car, and of course I couldn't call him, as I had no phone. The night manager was very understanding and helpful. I tried to pay him or at least give him a tip to show my appreciation, but he adamantly refused to take anything.

This motel is very clean and quite adequate, but it is an older motel. I was fine with this, and thought it was excellent given the comparatively lower rates.
