We had a problem on check in. They gave us a king bed instead of two queens. That won't work for a family! Unfortunately, this was 2 am and we were very tired. They corrected it right away.
We arrived at 2 am and tried to get some sleep, so we woke up a bit later than normal. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:00 am on a Saturday! And 9:30 during the week. Why? If you arrive late, you'll sleep right through breakfast. That was disappointing.

When I arrived the staff was very friendly and got me to my room in a timely manner. When I arrived at my room, it was clean and it smelled good.

Location was great. Close to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. There was a group of teen boys staying there and they raided the breakfast very early and left almost nothing. While boys will be boys, I feel like the staff should have restocked the area. We don't eat much breakfast, but it would have been nice to at least had something and there was nothing.
Having some kind of breakfast would have helped my assessment of the stay. Less the breakfast, the staff having some level of sympathy have been nice, but all they offered was, "Oh, well . . ."

The staff is rude I book this hotel for a relative of mine who is homeless. I notice an extra charge was made on my credit card and I called to inquire the lady at the front desk (she didn't want to tell me her name) and the manager Kendell were talking to me in a condescending belittling tone of voice. The manager brushed me off and kept saying " I can't do the back and forth with you" when I was expressing my concern. He even mention "it can be a north and south situation" when I was telling him about his employee being rude to me because I do reside in New York.

Never got to try.
Only after I confirmed my booking, did Fairfield desk staff notify me that hotel had no hot water and that machine to create electronic keys was inoperative. Staff would have to accompany each guest and physically open the hotel room each time. Fairfield offered the opportunity to cancel “without charge”, but made no effort to rebook me to another Fairfield or affiliate branded hotel. I was left scrambling on date of arrival to find alternative housing. Very disappointing experience.

Staff was wearing plain white tank top and sat talking in the lobby. Breakfast did not have one kind of piqued to drink. No orange juice or apple juice in the machine. Not even a water bottle or even a water jug. Waffle maker was on each day but no waffle mix in the machine.

-some of the ppl staying were super loud. they had their kids running all over the place.
-the heat wasn’t working in the first room (423) i got and so i had to get my room switched. thankfully they had a room and the guy at the desk went to check that the heat was working before giving me the key. he was very Friendly and efficient and apologized and stated it was only his second night by himself.

My reservation was not available to the Fairfield Inn staff when I arrived. Multiple attempts b/t Booking and Fairfield Inn. Front staff at hotel (Lauren) was super nice and very understanding.
