Location and rooms

Hot tub appeared to be broken for a long time. Pool area in general could have been better maintained.

Location was great for where we were going. Bed and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Located near a variety of good restaurants.

The television didn't really face the bed or the couch. I like to watch tv while I go to sleep. I could turn it some, but watched at about a 45 degree angle.

An okay stay. For the price, I was expecting more. Poor customer service at the front desk. Called ahead of time to say we ran into an issue and won’t be checking in until early the next morning, around 4am. We called twice and spoke to two different front desk staff. When we arrived, no one was at the desk. The door phone rang for about 10minutes before someone emerged from the office. I could hear the phone ringing from the front door. I’m sure if you had a room close to the front door they heard it too. Check in was decent. Got into our room and went to sleep. The housekeeping note says “if anything is not up to your standards at check in, please let us know right away.” Granted we checked in at 4am after driving over 12 hours to get there, we did not inspect our room thoroughly right upon arrival. When we woke the next morning, we noticed the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot, and dishes in the dishwasher. Again, a little bugged, but since we didn’t bring it up at check in, I figured we were sorry out of luck. Kids were playing with Hotwheels in the room, so we had to move the fridge and couch away from the walls to get the lost cars. At check in, the lady said they “don’t have ice makers, but they have in the room so just turn it on and you’ll have ice”. Moving the fridge just a bit, you would see why you don’t have ice, it’s not hooked up to water. When moving the couch, we found a used tampon plastic under the front of the couch. I brought it up to Mike at the front desk and He said he’ll let his manager know right away and she’ll get back to us tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and went and no call. So I went down to the front desk again and asked if the Manger Staci was going to call me today. Mike said she was in today, but didn’t call, so she’ll probably call Monday. Went to check out Monday morning and Julie at the front was frazzled saying the system is down and they’ll email a receipt. No call/email!

Location is great close to everything including the highway girl at the front desk was amazing and super nice very helpful

Room was a little rough and not real clean fingerprints and handprints on mirrors bathroom covered in caulking a little tacky considering it is a pretty nice hotel wouldn't have been so bad if the caulk would have been color matched with the tan color instead of white caulking smeared around the ceiling and on every seam. The room didn't match the photos on website also was supposed to have a walk-in shower and was stuck with a bathtub room didn't seem to be what I booked nor what I saw in the photos nor was it as nice as it was the last time I stayed here probably should have said something but we were very tired and ready to relax

The breakfast was great! Actual bacon and little omelets! Also, the entire hotel was well kept, comfy bed and amazing water pressure for the shower. Got text communications to make sure we were in the loop.
