Front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. Even with an extremely busy weekend for KC, they were always extremely friendly.

Housekeeping was a little loud early in the morning but I doubt all rooms have that problem as we were near the laundry area for staff.

Location, the kitchen and free pool table.

when I got there they told me there was a computer issue and they didn’t have a room for me. I had to make the manager come in from home to find me a room

I loved how clean the property was and how nice our room was! The staff was a super friendly and accommodating for us.

We had booked a single room for a single night months prior to our staying. The day before our stay we got a call saying that they had to cancel our reservation because a construction crew was needing it. Then they had referred us to another hotel but didn’t offer compensation or any gratuity for the trouble. We ended up having to cancel our trip because of this.

it’s my second stay and I have to say it’s my second home away from home. I love it I enjoy my stay as always. love all the staff. i love how I can cook a homemade meal in it.

I love everything about the hotel. From the moment when me and my man checked in till we checked out. Love the kitchen I was able to cook a homemade dinner for us. Location was perfect close to all the restaurants.

Only thing we were not happy is the room service. When we call for room service to change our bed sheets front desk ask me how long we’re there I said been there since Wednesday which I call Saturday if we can have them change our sheets. They said they will change if it’s 7 days but I can bring my towel to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. I understand maybe because of Covid a lot of things change. But other then that everything was good. I will definitely come back to stay.

Everything about it was great, very clean and helpful staff.

Wish the fitness center had more exercise equipment and luggage carts seemed to be in short supply.
