Overall, a decent stay with a few major exceptions. Loved the walk-in shower.

I miss the hotel restaurant Courtyard used to provide. The Bistro was a VERY weak substitute. Good food service staff but still a very weak version of what Courtyard used to be known for. Bathroom towels were VERY scratchy. Need to serious consider some fabric softeners. Thought I was using sandpaper after shower. Hotel is hard to find, needs better signage. Th Mariott Extended Stay down the block was VERY easy to find with signage and that pointed the way to the Courtyard.

The breakfast hot dishes were cold every morning. Courtyard seems to cater to a market where people stay 1 or 2 nights. We stayed 5 nights and were told we could not get maid service unless we stayed 7 nights. By day 3, our towels were damp and our trash cans were full. We had to service the room ourselves. I don't like that at these prices. You should review the 7 day policy. It is too long! Also, the sofa beds in the rooms are terrible if you want a place to sit.

Friendly staff everywhere. My room is specially designed for senior citizens with very convenient facilities on the first floor. I really appreciate the setup.

Everything. Terrible service. Bed hard as a rock. Out dated everything. Staff that didn't like noise coming from the pool at 930p on a Saturday and kicked everyone out. Breakfast was garbage.

I liked that we had a balcony off our room. Checkout isn't until noon which is nice when you aren't in a hurry. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

I thought for the price I paid and according to the explanation the room would be somewhat bigger but it was okay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was beyond wonderful. Everyone that we encountered during our stay were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were modern and clean.

Pool was a little small and was cold.

Breakfast was not much, because it was more like a snack. My room was awesome and clean.

The fact that when I called they said the pool was open, but once I arrived the pool was down for maintenance.

The bed clothing are made too short, ends below pillow, no usb charging locations, 1 trash can in room

Amber the person that checked us in she was so rude made us uneasy staying our trip out rude to my grandkids to but it was a learning lesson to my grand girls how not to act when they grow up I think she picked The dirtiest room in the house to give us stuff under the couch never cleened I've stayed before but never had this problem she needed three of my credit cards because one was not expected and one to check in and one for ensadentals but I'm a nice person kept my cool I had my grand girls even the man behind me said that was not necessary
