Pool was closed, ants in the room, carpet was duct taped, door had a hole on it, lamp was missing shade, missing pics on the wall, I could go on and on. Glass shower door was loose in the ceiling, dirt in all vents

Breakfast was really good, we sat in a quiet nook area and were able to watch cartoons. 🙂 nice warm pool and really relaxing whirlpool. Room was big and roomy for 3.

The basketball hoop was missing. We could hear loud music from down the hall during the night. It's wierd that the orange switch by the door has to be on for other lights to work.

I would like to start off by saying that I generally do enjoy staying at this Residence but this visit was less than great. The staff were friendly but that’s about where it ended.

There were multiple issues with the room from missing and mismatched lightbulbs, lightbulbs that didn’t fit the light and were falling out, several drawer handles barely hanging on, the trim of the bedside lamp was missing, side trim missing off small mounted table as you walk in, there was no toilet paper holder, a shelf missing from the shower, the TV worked maybe 20% of our 5 day stay with none of the internet tv options worked the entire stay. There was also a very high pitched ringing coming from outside of the room that lasted the entirety of our stay. I’ve stayed in a ton of Marriott properties but will be adding this one to the never again list.

The room that was given to us stink with urine. No housekeeper on site to clean rug. had to sit with mask on until front desk cancelled our reservation. We went to another hotel.

The size of the room was great.

There were lots of things broken first the ice machine,then the hot tub,the tv in the bedroom didn't work, the fire pit was broken,the bed was not connected to the base everytime we got out of bed it flew in the air,the smoke detectors weren't mounted and rhe batteries were in wrong,the room smelled like smoke,the dishes were dirty,and the remote to open and close the blinds didn't work.I was told by the front desk clerk that we could move to another room but we needed the accessible room for our disabled son and they didn't have any other available.Staff was nice but no housekeeping,or maintenance on duty.We will not be staying here again.Hotel needs updating and there are signs that say they are,but no construction going on.I feel were not accommodated for all the things wrong and we spent $224 for one room,and $185 for the other this hotel needs to close down and upgrade.We have never had this type of experience at any other Residence Inn but this is the last time we visit one.

We had no water the first morning after I got there, then the rest of the trip we didn't have hot water. I thought this was a non-smoking hotel but smoking from other rooms stunk up my room. The night person would park in the front of the hotel and sit in here car and if you walked up to the desk she would come in and then go right back out.

Breakfast was good. When they had it. But there were several days no breakfast was offered

They double booked my room the first night i was there. Came back to the hotel to find a stranger sleeping in my room with all of my belongings. No apology or discount offered for that night. A/C only worked half of the time.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Some mold in shower.

Didn’t acknowledge my reservation through Booking.com. Was only reserved for one night instead of 14 days.

This Inn was dirty, unkempt, beaten up.

All of the rooms were either really dirty or had a lot of broken things in them. And I was overcharged $300. My total came out to $701 when I should’ve only paid $400 for 2 nights. I’m still waiting on that refund since I checked out on the same day that I checked in. The first room wasn’t even what we booked! We changed rooms 3 times and all of them were terrible.

Love them made my stay very relaxing and stressed free

Very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was made to order, not prepackaged cold stuff. Pool was very well maintained. Rooms were quiet
