We had a bad experience in this hotel. When I first signed in I had asked the front desk lady at what time the pools closed and she confirmed at 11pm. There was even a sign that said it closed at 11pm and so my family went in at 9pm. Once we were in, a worker came in to tell us that we had to get out very rudely. I told her that I was told that the pools closed till later and she very disrespectly told us "no NOW" and left. We especially went for the pools and had to leave with this bad service. Is no the good way treat to the clients .

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Michelle the breakfast server was amazing. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as this one at a hotel before.

Awesome staff, clean, spacious room, full kitchenette, easy check in/check out, good water pressure and enough hot water, in room coffee. Requested floor honored.

Each time elevator begins there is a violent jerk. It’s also slow. $6 Walmart type coffee maker you have to fumble with. Bathtub a thin fiberglass which feels hollow and flexes. These kind of things remind me more of a low end Days Inn than a Marriott. Ten dollars a day for parking wasn’t explained on Booking.com and really is a rip off anyway. This location is not lacking in space and not some big city high rise where I could see the fee. The management saw another way of squeezing patrons out of $10 a day but won’t fix the elevator.

Breakfast was great

This is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. I especially liked that breakfast was served by a gracious host and included scrambled eggs, a choice of protein, or oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and pastries. And we could eat in the breakfast area instead of having to go back to the room. Far above the brown bags I have gotten at other hotels! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, just minutes from the hospital I needed to visit and walking distance to some of the outlet shops.
