everything was bad. I had no hot water in my room. the other room didn’t have no water pressure for the shower. also my room smelled like cigarettes. this hotel is ghetto. and the staff is rude as hell.

One staff member was very nice and helpful but the others seemed like they did not want to be there.

There was an awful musty smell in the hallway. Also, one of my lamps in the room did not work and nothing was done to fix it once I informed staff. The worst part was I found 3 cockroaches in the room. One in the bathtub, the desk drawer and near the bed. It was very distressing.

When we first got there we found a funeral in memory of pin near the closet. Kay that's bad vibes and sad. I came here to get away from bad vibes then I opened the bathroom door. Used towel on ground and tons of hair on the wall of shower. So disgusting called front desk when she came to give us new key for a different room obviously this one was not cleaned she wouldn't even go in the nasty room herself so I could show her. I tolerated the move down the hall still not relaxed from the funeral pin. K mean really? Who could even make this shi# up? Never comped or discount anything. Only good thing was Friday night manager was kind and brought new key to us. But this started off all wrong!!

I was charged twice so I called to make sure that the booking.com charge was going to be refunded because it was completed on my credit card. The lady literally treated me as an idiot and all I asked is if they had this problem with booking.com before. I'm sure if it was her money (twice the amount of the room) she'd be consider of $341. Literally... people are rude even hotel clerks at front desk. I would never imagine to be hung up on and treated so terribly like never before in a hotel lobby.

Stayed in the hotel with no working air conditioner during a heat advisory with temperatures up to 105 degrees. The front staff said there was nothing they could do, and there was no available rooms or mechanic to help during a weekday. We were traveling with a pet and concerned for its safety. The staff gave us the manager's contact card, which we contacted and have yet to hear anything back.

This location was very dog friendly. I travel with my dog always.

We booked a single queen bed online when I checked in and they said they didn't have the room I requested. Ok? So now what? They put me in a double bed room and then Charged me extra for it but didn't tell me at the time of the switch. I didn't want to spend that. I also couldn't cancel. So for 2 days and deposit aaaaand whatever the fees are for pets a day. I was robbed I feel like. Over 300 plus for 2 freaking nights. Forced to pay for a room I didn't even ask for.
