The staff were kind and helpful during check-in. The water pressure was nice as well.

The key cards do not work well with what seemed to be a delayed sensor issue so it was difficult to enter the room. Once we got in, we noticed toilet paper in the peephole of the door. The tub looked dirty and the stopper was broken. I was staying with my maid of honor before my wedding and we had wanted to do bubble baths and relax but had to forgo the bath because of the broken stopper. The AC was also broken so the room was incredibly hot making it difficult to sleep.

Bathroom needs serious overhaul. Ceiling is falling apart.

The best part about this trip was being scammed out of $150 at the by the front desk so I didn't spend any more money staying at this property

The worst part about this was they overcharged me they treated me like crap and instead of being like normal people because of the scum they usually have there they threaten the cops over simple things like asking them to explain why they're charging you so much

Laundry didn't have soap front desk should have had some to sell. ice machine first floor could be fixed. no clothes hanger bar in room to hang clothes on.
