Hot tub was out of order . Wish i was aware of it before booking

Location was good, food was good

Not clean, mattress and pillows were terrible, fridge was broken, blow dryer was disgusting…when turned in smelled like hot urine, hot tub jets were broken

Beds could’ve been bigger.

Breakfast is not a big item with me, so the yogurt and muffin were just great. Some hot water for tea would have been good, and maybe it was there and I did not see it. The staff at the hotel were helpful and very friendly. Gave directions to a favorite restaurant, made check in easy and check out quick. Love it that you have soft pillows. Easy access back to the airport was a bonus! My daughter enjoyed being able to work out with weights, too.

Probably a microwave, but we were in a handicapped room, so not the norm. We took the scenic route to the hotel and did not have much time to do anything but rest. Fortunately, the room was peaceful, the location not dead center of town and quieter. There wasn't really anything I disliked about the hotel. Would stay there again, and plan on seeing more of Minot.

Clean and quiet

They were short staffed so we had to wait another 45 minutes for them to get our room ready. Also didn’t realize they will require you to run your card for a damage fee for $100

Clean room, quiet area as requested, comfortable bed, friendly and efficient staff. What more could you want?

I booked 2 queen beds for 3 people,gave us a room with 1 bed, and then wanted to charge for a cot.

The bed is soooo comfortable

It had a good location and was clean

An other guest who was in a room straight across from us screamed and yelled all day and night. Very strong language was used, and they would try to break things. It was an very uncomfortable stay.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. It was clean and the room was very nice.

The temperature in the piscine was very hot, we had to stay inside just for a few minutes, also the provider for the tv actually doesn’t provide that much to see unless that you pay

Needed two beds in one room had two rooms two kings size beds. And there was five of us they solved the problem with a roll away

Nice shower room and comfortable bed

The swimming pool is too small. Front desk staff lady was not friendly or welcoming. She made it seem like it was a chore to check us in and didn't explain directions how to get to the room from the front desk. Her attitude was was not pleasant at all! Needs to work on her customer service skills.
