Incredibly friendly staff, location was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Staff especially the front desk receptionist working the morning of July 4th and 5th went above and beyond to help with any questions and needs. Very reasonable drink prices too.

Very minor things only, lamp string broke upon use, ant issue in the bathroom and unpleasant smell in elevator. These were, again, very minor items and our stay was not negatively impacted.

Location was excellent, staff was very nice. Rooms were decent size and clean. Parking on site.

Did not have fridge, did not replace shower toiletries everyday. No breakfast served at hotel. Didn't like that keys needed to be left with reception because unfortunately car was broken into and personal possessions stolen during our stay , but not luckily car was not damaged in on site parking. Parking was an additional daily fee as well.

Top locatie eigenlijk alles is wel op loopafstand. Prachtig mooi pand in een hele leuke en gezellige straat. Super vriendelijk personeel. Fijn dat het hotel een lift heeft.

Queensize bed kamer was aan de kleine kant maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien (en logisch wetende wat de prijzen per m2 zijn in Boston). Jammer dat het hotel geen ontbijt serveert maar ze hebben ons prima geadviseerd waar we konden ontbijten.

The location was very convenient. The parking availability was much appreciated. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The wall are a tad thin, another guest's TV kept me up longer than I'd prefer on a few nights.

Location. Location. Location. Right in the heart of Newbury Street. Subways close. There is a discount for the restaurant that is right next door. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, subways.

Make sure to get a room that faces Newbury Street. The other rooms face the back alley with construction going on. Rooms are pretty small but this is an older place. Needs some sort of coffee maker in room. Although there is good free coffee in the lobby but the espresso machine was broken.

We dud not realize thst the street was closed to vehicles -- that made things more awkward. Access from street wolith luggage is comicated by restaurant equipment in the already narrow access to the steps up to the lobby level.

Staff very friendly.. Location superb. Newbury St is a superb place by day but comes alive on a warm balmy evening.

It is an older building and has an elevator however you might need to negotiate a few steps to get to your room.

Loved the character of the building, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. Had a great a great breakfast down the road at trident. The hotel bus stop was a couple of minutes away to walk and was only $3..Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Boston.

Only thing we didn’t like was that tea and coffee was in the lobby. When you’re waking up at 3am because of the time difference we would of rather had them in the room.
