The property was conveniently located near Monument Valley. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Each person I interacted with was knowledgeable and welcoming. This was the type of place I’d like to stay again!
Some of the other guests were a little bit rude and pretentious. I find it troubling that guests in a hotel seem to lack the common courtesy one would expect when seeing others in the community setting, especially at the complimentary breakfast which was very nice.

Not well organized , late , think that on a weekend when there are lots of guests it should have opened earlier
Desk chair in room broken , no Kleenex , only one wash cloth , only one hook for towels in bath ,paying for Wi-Fi a rip , paid over $300 for room , would think Wi-Fi would be included .

This was good
Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was like a rock. We were awake all night. Very disappointing for the cost. We expected better, we choose Marriott because the beds are usually very nice. It was not worth the $200 I paid.

Staff was kind, breakfast spread had a nice variety, enjoyed our experience.
No extra pillows in closets or room. I wish there was a hamper to put towels in the room or even a hamper outside the room for trash/clothing to have picked up since housekeeping does not come to every room every day. Hard to keep tidy.

nice, clean and spacious room. Modern and well looked after. Breakfast included which was nice.
The wifi was next to none existent. Better off on 4G which isn’t ideal for international travellers.

Room floor plan is well designed; inviting and spacious.. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are nice. The room was very clean. No odors. The exercise room is well equipped. The pool is a bonus especially if traveling with children.

The breakfast was good. The room is pretty. We appreciated the wall-like separation between the sitting area and the bed area.
The bathroom needs a better fan to control sound and odor, since it is directly open to the sleeping in living areas.
The only problem we had was that the Jacuzzi was not working. We went across the parking lot to the other Marriott hotel and they allowed us to be in their Jacuzzi. The pool is also pretty small. Otherwise, everything was great.

Assistant manager is horrible. Not friendly, bad custom service, lied about charges and was uncomfortable to talk with. General manager was awesome thou.
