The first room they checked us into had a broken bathroom knob, light and exterior door lock. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and the refridgerator door wouldn't shut. The second room was ok, and this is my fault, but I thought the beds would be queens, they weren't.

great location and price. it was clean. Staff at front desk was not very pleasant. did not see any other staff during our 3 day stay

top floor was quiet, but the walls were thin so we could hear activity in the hall.

they did not honor my reservation and charged me $60 more than I was quoted by Booking.com

Dirty room, pictures on the web were totally different in person. Bad paint job, dresser was beat up, no security screen on window, outlets did not work one was taped up, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, towels were like hand towels. not worth the money to stay here.

Nice enough room

There was a beeping noise from somewhere in the room. Kept going off intermittently the whole time. REALLY ANNOYING. Sometimes every few seconds, sometimes a few minutes apart. There was a used soap bar in the bathroom. The AC was super loud. And the elevator shook and jolted...

Breakfast was fair.

Found dirty towel, blanket gutted, hair dryer broken but substitute not installed, microwave not working. Lateral doors still closed at 9 am. Poor maintenance.

The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable

a/c was very noisy, as was the bathroom fan. There was only one entrance after 10:00 p.m.

it was located nicely. We were getting some fencing for my property and it was on the main drag through town but set back off from the street

I have no complaints at all with the property or it’s staff. The room was clean and the other guests were quiet. We heard nothing in the halls
