It's ok The shower tub slowly draining and maybe a little bit more cleaning

Location was perfect! Stacey did the most to ensure we had a great time. We were a larger group travelling for a sports team and she accommodated our needs with patience and kindness.

Our shower was not draining, took a whole night to drain after taking a shower. Partner had to shower in the morning due to this, was a bit inconvenient.

The staff that worked there were usually very friendly and accommodating. Very nice ladies. The breakfast was well stocked and had a good selection. Seemed clean.

The staff had a loud disruptive pool party during the night. Before 5 a.m. I called the front desk but they didn't do anything to stop it. At check in and check out there was a person behind the desk who couldn't help us because they didn't work at the desk, they were just waiting for the staff to get back. Our room stank. We had to go buy air fresheners to make it bearable. The fridge had a strange odor. The beds and pillows were very soft. No support. The lock on the bathroom doors was on the OUTSIDE of the door. (see photo) TV remote didn't work. Our room cards didn't work twice. Had to go to the front office to fix it. Tub drain worked off and on. Bathroom fan didn't work. Sink was super low. Weirdly low. No towel bar. Other people in our group said it was very noisy after quiet hours. They complained but nothing was done. The price was $169/PER NIGHT! The rooms are not worth that. Not even close. They desperately need to be upgraded.

The location was convenient, the pricing was decent, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was mediocre but we didn’t expect much anyways.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room was not very clean. The garbages weren’t emptied, there was brown stuff wiped on the wall, and upon checking the mattresses for bed bug (which there were none) we found big stains of various colours all over the mattress. The mattresses were dated and could feel the springs. Also I would recommend the hotel provide better blankets. They were very thin so we were cold and uncomfortable all night. Another issue we found was in the hot tub. The pool area itself was clean but it the pool and hot tub has a lot of sand, gravel, and grime at the bottom. The room was fairly adorable therefore we didn’t have huge expectations but it was too dirty not to say anything in this review.

Staff was nice, breakfast was adequate

The Bathroom had black mold in it and something on the wall in in the closet was molding. The tub didn't drain correctly. The box spring and walls were super dusty with dust clinging to them. When we walked in the room smelled heavily of body odor. It was way overpriced for the condition of the room.

Close to stuff

Everything! Room was dirty stains on curtains and bedding. Pillows are a joke and beds are extremely uncomfortable. Went to pool and was extremely cold and no towels. Went to front desk for towels and nobody would come out. 45 minutes of trying. My daughter had a accident on the bed asked for new bedding and they just redid it. You could tell as stain was in same place. Very expensive at 440$ for two nights as I will never stay there again. Expected better for the price.

run down a bit. pool was 60 degrees the entire 3 days. too cold for the kids even. continental breakfast was out of pretty much everything with staff not acting on it.

The chemical in hot tub was so bad we got chemical burns and staff did nothing to compensate. The hot tub ruined our clothes so they shut the pool and spa down for our whole stay. The room was dirty with food on the floor and spilled milk on fridge and floor. Asked to be compensate for our stay or money back so we can go somewhere else they refused thing me it was not there problem to call booking.com The staff never cleaned out room but walked in on us several times when they should not have been in room

I watched a cockroach crawl across the entertainment center.. couldn’t find the it. Laid down for bed and had another cockroach crawl across my arm.. Bathroom floor was dirty. I made a bowl of cereal for my daughter and the bowl had a black hair in it.

Breakfast was fine. Good location for shopping.

Bathroom was dirty. Hot tub so chlorinated it ruined my suit. No offer from front desk to reimburse my suit or give me a better rate on the stay to compensate. Check out time was 11 but housekeeping came while I was out. Came back at 10 and couldn’t use my room for the last hour. Very poorly run.
