great location especially for families and pets. fantastic breakfast
the evening staff were largely absent from the desk and it was difficult to get assistance at times

Room very dated and worn except for the bathroom. Furniture is cheap and falling apart. Needs renovation. And we paid over $250/night!!

Very run down, worn carpet, furniture, broken drawers, dirty. Asked for just my trash and towels to be picked up, they weren't

Breakfast was good. Location was fine.
The furnishings, walls, lighting fixtures. Appliances were beat up and needed replacing. Mattress in pull out coach just gross. Seems to need more housekeeping staff and better maintenance crew. The poor woman working the breakfast room was all by herself… one wlan cleaning tables was talking on her phone the whole time… seemed like there needed to be 2 more folks on staff for a busy holiday weekend?

Beautiful facility. They don't seem like the other hotels in GF that covid changed. Wish I'd stayed here before, usually hard to book, now I know why.

The breakfast was great, the location was very good and the staff was friendly
The rooms are pretty tired, there was a lot of wear on the couches and carpets and plank flooring, it could use a little facelift for the room price.

pull out couch very uncomfortable. only were given 2 towels for 3 people. there was no house keeping around to ask for new towels. phone in room also did not work. some furniture in lobby starting to show its age.

unable to use the microwave (outlet was blocked from under the switch plate). carpets were frayed and bathroom had some hair stubble on the counter.

Its a great place to stay. I love that we could have supper on the week days! Great staff! The food is always great! We love that we can bring our pets with us. The rooms with the kitchens are our favorite, rooms are very roomy for 2 adults and 3 kids and a pet!
The pool was vey cloudy. Our kids got very itchy after swimming. So the kids didn't want to swim. We have stayed at this hotel a had full of times and this has never happened before.
