The location was great for the Innings Festival we went to. Close to the park. The pool area was wonderful.

Did not have breakfast; there was NO atmosphere in the dining room.
The lobby was cold, not only in temperature, but also in empty planters , non-functioning fireplaces and water features, etc. New ownership needs to look at adding some character & warmth again, even though that may cost some $$.

The location, the room was decent, the bed was comfortable
BEWARE They do NOT provide a shuttle to the airport as advertised. They offer an Uber to the airport in place of a shuttle however only between the hours of 6pm-10pm, so if your flight is not within this window you have to find your own accommodations. Frustrating since that was the #1 reason I booked the hotel. I was also charged an additional $121.00 deposit and was promised the amount would be credited back to my bank account at checkout, it still has NOT happened and its been 4 days. I have reached out to Wyndham and no one has returned my calls or messages. I've had to dispute the transaction with my bank. So unless you have an extra $120 to throw away on an average room, I highly suggest booking a room at the Hyatt down the street. They have excellent customer service and a shuttle. I usually go with Hyatt but they were booked that weekend.

Rudy was the best !!
no air when we got there , shuttle broke down to take to airport and that is Y we stayed there.no one to bring towels to room at 6 am , front desk said she was only one there and could not leave front desk .

The staff was friendly.
Our shower still had hair in it from the last guest. Our beds had no support. The carpeting was not clean. The room that was next to us 254 or 256 smoked cigarettes and the smoke seeped in our room 252. We tucked bath towels to help eliminate the smoke from coming in our room. My daughter is pregnant so we were extremely concerned. It was late in the night/early morning like 2am-4:24 so we were trying to get rest since we were leaving early that morning. Overall very dissatisfied with stay

I will mention here again, I stayed one night and was charged foe two nights! Its unfortunate Booking.com doesn't have a better way of communicating. this is second time this a has occurred, I will never use Booking.com again!

Most of the staff were kind, friendly and understanding.
Management was absent to address our concerns. The new girl at the front desk could not do anything to address our basic issues of cleanliness and door key problems.

Ease of location. Excellent facilities, and clean. Prompt service when requesting spare towels or amenities. Staff is great. All around a great hotel. Great value for the price. Reasonable incidental fee.
Our room door made a noise as it caught the corner of the frame as you opened it. Nothing that impeded its operation. Beds were soft for my liking, but ok.

A surprising gem in a concrete jungle. staff very friendly and helpful. comfortable beds soft towels. very reasonable cost. highly recommend this property!

Breakfast was supposed to be 6:30-9:00. By 7:00 the desk clerk said the food was ready but no server was there to work yet. No coffee at the time either.

Everything was nice about this place... the rooms, pool, bar & food.
When I booked the room off of booking.com, it said $160. When I got there, I was charged $280. Didn't expect that but don't know who to blame... Me, Hotel or Booking.com.

The hotel is very nice my stay was very comfortable I felt safe being alone visiting my daughter for college. The pool is beautiful the bar is very inviting. All workers were great. Other than me not getting my room I ordered but was compensated with breakfast and lunch every day of my stay. I would definitely come back again I'm actually planning to stay with family next time. Side note.. it's in a pretty rural area you would have to have a vehicle or plan on ubering or taking the bus that is right outside of the hotel room to get to anything. It's surrounded by another hotel and factories. Very quiet which is what I needed.
I loved everything can't wait to visit again.

The hotel is close to ASU campus. My son, a student at ASU, stayed with me while I was in town. We enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony visiting. The room was clean and comfortable.
Be careful when navigating to the hotel. Missing a turn to get to the hotel can double the time to get there.
