Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Room doors were really heavy, so you could hear whenever anyone's door would close, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

I like a pillow... it's so comfortable

Location is was convenient for me, it was half way to everywhere I wanted to go, plus it had a train station 15 mins away walking distance to get to downtown LA. Nice and comfy bed and very spacious room. The overall hotel is nice but it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The Staff of the hotel were super lovely and helpful and that’s always a plus.

Is a 4 star hotel that looked more likely like a 2/3. My room was not cleaned to a good standard, I found some crumbs on the carpet all around the room. The bathroom had limescale all over the shower and the room overall was quite dusty. The breakfast buffet was average, the coffee specially was quite bad , but they had a good range of fruits, cereals etc.
