Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast in hotel is great when traveling once your on the road in the morning you do not have to stop until afternoon.

Parking lot was a little cramped

Greeted professionally at check in. Great location.

Room had some kind of droning AC noise or plumbing noise in the wall that never stopped. There's no way to turn the fan on to drown out the noise. There were metal construction brackets holding up the elevator hand rail. Sketchy. Cheap.

I liked the comfortable chairs and cleanliness.

It really bothered us that there is no coffee for the guests and we had to leave the building to look for coffee. I don't like using the coffee pots in the rooms. Early morning coffee would be a plus and doesn't cost very much. Not a good area to cut costs.

Located near lots of restaurants walking distance. Loved the personal very friendly

One Elevator was out of order

Nice facility. Very well kept and clean. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We celebrated our 40 year reunion at the hotel. It turned out great!

It was a little pricey for the area.

This old favorite could use some TLC. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, visiting family in the area. While it’s centrally located and there is ample free parking, it seems the management has skimped on basic care of the facilities…and it shows.

The bathroom in our room had a strong odor of mildew, and the furnishings were scraped and stained. The two upholstered chairs were so dirty, that we put towel down before sitting on them. The pool area is not well maintained and we were bitten up by mosquitos sitting pools side for just a few minutes. I hope the management will invest in giving the rooms and facilities some much needed TLC.

My kids thought somebody was murdered in the room ; there were so many brownish stains in the carpet. The sofa bed was comfortable at all, to say the least. We have asked for a additional bed for the kids, which they in the end brought to our room. Maybe it's expectations (Hilton?!), but this was the most expensive room of our trip, and unfortunately the worst....

Late night arrival girl who checked us in was kind and I asked about my ring , necklace, 1 pair studs and 1 dime size pair of gold loops I had left in room 401 on December 24 and 25 I was very ill that trip and had left these items on desk 2 days after I arrived home was feeling better and noticed I left these items I called the gentleman who answered phone told me yes we have these items and we will keep them in safe til your next visit I said thank you so when we arrived at hotel on may 19/ 20 we asked front desk lady and she checked and told us yes items are here in housekeeping but it's too late to nite so talk to them in morning, we'll we talked in morning to a very rude man and he said manager is not in and no one is available in housekeeping and we don't hold on to things that long!! Well we are very heartbroken and find it odd how 1 says it's here 1 says it's not and the gentleman I spoke to when I realized I left it said it would be there next time we came??? We have always stated here since the 80s we come 3 or 4 times a year I feel very wronged!! Erin Campbell 702 376 2284

The location is great and everyone was very friendly. Love the warm cookies. Wish for better pillows but enjoy the place and have stayed several times.

Clean and comfy beds, shower and overall room. Eessentials included are safe, iron and ironing board. Plenty of movies and other entertainment channels. Mini fridge came in handy. Gym , jacuzzi and pool a plus. Staff was very accomodating and flexible. We stayed in pool area past check out and front desk were very nice, noting our room was cleared and allowed us to stay. Great overall experience and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

A microwave would have been nice for popcorn or to reheat leftovers.

usually there is free coffee in lobby at hotels, had to pay at Doubletree; there was free internet for"members" whatever that means.

Room was very clean. Usually I never sleep under the cover, because it never feels clean enough for me. But this place was an exception.

The HVAC was not working properly. I turned on the heater, but It felt like the AC kicked on for a while before the heat pump valve was switched on to heat, I'm an HVAC servicer. Anyway that unit needs maintenance repair. No one came to clean my room. Don't know if that's normal or not, but I used up all my bath towels. And had to re-use them the next day. No big deal, but usually hotels I've stayed at, clean and replace towels etc. Just wondering.

Walking distance to uptown restaurants and local shops.
