Very nice facility within walking distance of some restaurants.

The morning clerk was very rude. I asked about Hilton Honors and was told there are no points unless I book with them..I asked what rate would be and he said he couldn't tell me. I asked what rate would be if stayed another night and he said it would depend upon availability.. A man approached the desk but stood back waiting for me to finish and this rude desk clerk called him forward, simply ignoring me. I asked if he was going to ignore me. And he did so i left with a bad impression of him and this hotel. One person can ruin a business. If they don't want us to book online, then don't list the hotel on line.

The breakfast was awesome! The cook was very nice and helpful. She was very cheery and it was a nice change of pace from the people that I try and talk to at other hotel breakfasts.

The only reason I chose to pay more to go to this hotel instead of another cheaper one is because it said it had an outdoor heated pool. My family and I planned on swimming in that and playing. I understand if it had to be shut down for something unknown. But everyone I asked said it was shut down for the season. I believe I should have been told about this before, during or even after I booked the room. I could have saved over $100 by choosing a different hotel with no pool.

Breakfast was very good and the location was in a well lit area, which is hard to find in Oklahoma.

Great breakfast - the best I've ever had at a hotel. Plus, clean and comfy rooms. I will be staying here again!

General Manger Ross very rude to his staff and too lazy to look for items advertised if you left them at home. Very nice staff except for Ross. I was told to go to Walmart.

The breakfast was really good.

The hot tub was luke warm and 1/2 full with water. I asked the desk attendant if they could turn up the temperature and fill with water so the jets would work properly. He said the maintenance guy was not working the weekend but he would make some calls. It was not fixed and could not enjoy the hot tub.

Really nice, roomy and comfortable rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel!
