Staff greeted us everytime we came in or were leaving. Elevator was in good working order.

Our tv never worked. We talked to the front desk that night and he did nothing. This man was caught smoking a joint when we walked up and never tried to help us. We asked the next morning and nobody even looked at it. We paid a high price to stay there and we were really over charged.

I loved the full breakfast options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. There was an office set up in a private room. There was a workout room. Everything they stated was available.

The 1st room's refrigerator didn't work, poor ventilation. They did move us. The water pressure was low. The pool hours doesn't allow early morning water exercises or swimmers to start until 10am. I understand they have guests above them, but they make sound proofing material for that and most morning swimmers are quiet.

We came in for the Oklahoma vs CMU football game and the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful he represented Oklahoma very well 😄. Our rooms were comfortable and clean

Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities or at least until the pool warmed up lol

the pool/jacuzzi were out of order. the pull out couch had small blood stains on it. Also it had no sheets or blankets or pillows to use.

We were not able to get breakfast we had to leave early to get my daughter epos basketball camp.

I rented the property so we could all swim and relax before we dropped my daughter off for the week a epos camp and the pool was closed so for the price I paid to get a hot with a pool to use I could have stayed at a regular motel with no pool instead of paying that price without kids were disappointed so nothing for them to do at all. we let them stay up and ordered pizza but not at all what we expected. The morning my daughter woke up for camp she had bites all over her body so I doctored her up not sure what it was and told the staff when we checked out they need to look into it. I hate this because this was the 2nd time we stayed at this property and last time it was great. the blankets had some spots on them red places we just put them in the floor and didnt use so i would say it needs some work for sure.. Just wished my kids could have enjoyed the stay better we drove 3 half hours to bring her.
