Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility with great service

The bed was comfortable
We stayed there because we came to Eugene to bury my son and we had to leave early due to another emergency but the girl behind the desk was not helpful in trying to refund our second day. Won’t be staying here again

Free Breakfast, friendly staff
The false fire alarm at 5 am that scared the heck out of my kids and no notification that it was a false alarm so we were rushing to get out.

I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

The mattress was so uncomfortable. The lighting was very poor in the bathrooms. Not enough clean towels and washcloths.
Bad smell by the downstairs elevator

Nice staff, clean spacious comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good and filling! Close to Walmart, Target, and a short drive from UO.
Parking is a little tight especially if there are large vehicles.

The elevator was a little old/slow but it always worked.

Modern unit that was close to many conveniences and also not too far from the airport. Shaun was very patient and informative and answered all of our questions. The breakfast area was right in the main lobby and obviously easy to find. They had wonderful complimentary cookies available.

Room was nice. Laundry facilities were free. Coffee and cocoa in lobby was good.
Bathroom sink stank of wet dog like someone had washed thier dog in it and it hadn't been cleaned out in awhile.

Convenient location to airport
Bed was OK...not exceptional but better than some I have stayed at.

Clean, Lovely staff, good location for overnight stay before catching an early morning flight. I left before breakfast but there are breakfast bags in the morning which consisted of an apple, water, knife, bagel without any condiment. I really appreciated the decent cup of coffee in the lobby.
Noisy rooms. Doors slamming in hallway. I could hear the person on the floor above me whenever they dropped something and when they walked about in their room. Could hear loud traffic noise from window. I got zero sleep even after taking an over the counter sleeping aid.
