Clean, safe, and had almost everything we needed.
Times were acceptable for check in and out.
Our door didn’t lock and close on its own, we needed to pull closed. Breakfast not included.

Clean, safe, staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to numerous eateries and businesses.
First hotel I’ve stayed in that charged $12 for the same breakfast that other hotels give you as part of your stay . Also this as the highest rate Ive paid in recent times even in this area.

Booking.com misinformed me whether they had a continental breakfast and the proper time to check in and check out

Night staff were rude about late check in. I had called two days in advance to notify them that we'd be late, so I wasn't expecting a lecture when we checked in that night. Was told I was lucky they didn't give our room away

We made a genuine mistake when booking. We were after accommodation in Scotland, but inadvertly booked in US. When we realised we sent request to waive fees , but had no response and our money was taken.

The manager who assisted when we arrived was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and pleasant vibes.
I cannot think of anything bad to say about this stay. It was only for a night, but it was very pleasant.

The bathroom was dirty and we had to ask for towels for both days. The bath tub was to small. The bed was uncomfortable.

Fayth was AMAZING!! She is the epitome of customer service. Their pool was not working and she secured us a way to use their sister hotel across the way. We also had an issue with our room and she immediately rectify the issue. She was perfect. the room was clean and comfortable.
We specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Both were not operational during our stay. We were really looking forward to enjoying the hot tub.
