Very clean

Housekeeping opening our door at 9 am for what reason we don’t know.

perfect location for attending an Ironbirds game! Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean.

We stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to change out towels or give us more coffee. We did have to ask for more coffee at the front desk.

The location was convenient but that was about it. Room had a great view but very dusty.

We booked there for many reasons and only one was met. The location was perfect BUT nothing was opened in the hotel to get a meal, drink, etc and the room was very dusty. Very disappointing as we chose this hotel to be able to have a one stop shop location. We had to spend more money to take ubers to get lunch & dinner, etc. The staff when we checked in & checked out was not very helpful/pleasant. The staff was fine when we had questions between check in/check out. Should have been notified if the amenities were not available as that is what i look for when staying at a hotel. Not happy:(

perfect location to catch the Iron Birds- and the game itself is worth the travel- awesome fields and a great pool. and a bar. I’m just sad it’s as far away from RI as it is. top notch staff- very friendly!

Location and cleanliness of room.

Parking. Parking lot at the end of the building. I am handicapped and there were only 2 parking slots in front of the facility.
