No pool

It was what we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good enough.

Unfortunately, the back window to our van was busted out overnight, & my son’s backpack stolen. Not really the hotel’s fault. They were very helpful in helping us rectify the situation & get going. Lesson learned - leave no bags in the car!

The interior was clean.

Breakfast was skimpy and did not provide enough to call a meal. The food did not taste fresh. I would not classify this as ‘breakfast’. Security is a HUGE issue! I had over $1k in property stolen from my vehicle. No signage, communication, or action taken by hotel to provide patrol or security over guests and their vehicles. My vehicle was vandalized and items stolen. As travelers, we rely on the hotel to keep us safe. When I reported the theft, the staff did. It seem surprised. Why was this not communicated at check-in & why has the hotel not taken precautions knowing there is a security issue?

The charge for pet was $75. Have never paid more than $30. E-mail from Sparks stated total would be $115.88, charged $185.92 when arrived. The hidden charge for pet fee should be stated up front.

I love that Sheila was very patient and kind and friendly to everyone in line. She had a smile on her face and was very willing to help.

The homeless folk at the entrance and walking around near the property but security was definitely doing a great job. The hotel has nothing to do with the homeless population.

Property was very clean and pleasing aesthetically. Staff were very kind and attentive. There was a bagel breakfast bar that was very adequate and enjoyable. There’s even a little “Shop” that you can get some snacks and small meals to take to your room. The bed was comfortable and when I needed two extra pillows they were promptly sent up.

I do wish there was a microwave or coffee maker in the rooms but understandably that can be abused and cause bad odors and damages to rooms. There was a coffee bar in the lobby that was a really thoughtful touch.

Jose at the front desk was extremely helpful when I called the day before our arrival with numerous questions. Breakfast was quite good.

We had four crickets in our bathroom in checkin - possibly came in thru bath drain! We had to dispose of them .

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were disappointingly surprised by the high level of noise both inside and outside the hotel - being next to a main freeway did not help. But we did not sleep well! And the breakfast was not up to the usual pleasing standard that we have experienced in a number of other Hampton Inn stays.

same vicinity of the Chinese restaurant that looks unkept. parking is tight when entering the property. too much traffic in the parking area.

The area that the hotel is in is a bit industrial with a lack of amenities around it.
