Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was quite unwell in the morning with food poisoning (nothing eaten at hotel) and they allowed me to check out late at 2pm which was much appreciated. Beds were super comfortable, huge room and TV, small but nice pool area and restaurant/bar area was very nice. A bit costly to get to from airport using taxi as We only stayed 1 night, location was close to 2 big shopping mall. Would stay again.

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged twice for this stay, because they couldn’t accept the virtual card I used during the booking process. So a pre-auth was charged a few days before and then I had to pay with another card in the hotel. At the end the situation was resolved, yet I had to wait 1-2 days. Lastly, the air conditioning in our room was too noisy, and we were charged for an expresso during breakfast (and the waitress didn’t tell us there was a cost associated).

Zeer vriendelijk meisje achter de desk. Geen manager aanwezig om mee te praten, niet in de avond en niet in de ochtend.

Wie dit hotel heeft ontworpen moet zich schamen. De inlaat/motor van de airco zit naast je hoofdkussen met als gevolg dat je slecht/niet slaapt. Bij de lobby geklaagd maar ze zaten vol en konden niets doen. Hilton bezit meerder hotels in de buurt maar daar werd niet gezocht naar een andere kamer. Kreeg uiteindelijk 10.000 Hilton punten maar daar kun je eigenlijk niets mee. Uiteindelijk gevraagd om een gratis ontbijt wat anders 22 dollar pp kost en het zeker niet waard is. De rand onder de douchedeur zat helemaal vol met schimmel, zie foto's. Hotel zit op een industrieterrein dus niet veel te beleven in de buurt. Kostte ons in de ochtend toch nog bijna een half uur om op het vliegveld te komen. Dit hotel is veel te duur, wij betaalden $200. Ga voor een goedkoper hotel in de buurt is mijn advies!

Far away from city. Ok for airport arriving after a long flight. Poor breakfast. So many sweets... No vegetables. No ham. No cheese. They do omlets but they do not offer you. You need to ask. Poor coffee.
