Good location for our travel. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The TV service (direct tv) didn’t work during our stay despite your staffs every effort to correct the problem.

Location. Staff was very courteous and helpful!!!!
No daily check of basic needs(empty trash, no facial tissues, and a few other amenities).

The location was very good for traveling and very close to chain coffee, breakfast, and restaurants.The overnight lady was very nice upon check-in.
The walls were incredibly thin. We could hear the neighbors talking in the room next door and also those talking outside in the parking lot and every motorcycle and car pulling in or out. The bottom bed sheet had a dark stain. The shower drain did not drain. There is absolutely NO breakfast - just coffee - and not very good.

The Caucasian gentleman with the bald head at front desk was very nice and curtious.
Can't say much for the other guy. Always complaining on the ohone to someone. If possible, DO NOT get room 118 as you will hear everything from the ice dispenser, microwave, and laundry room.

Dirty shower with long black hair stuck to the walls. Soap scum where previous person set soap down. Bed made a ridiculous metal banging sound every time I moved. Ridiculously thin walls

This hotel is very accessible form the Erie Canal Bike Trail which were riding. It is a standard Days Inn towards the cleaner more well maintained end. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast is a waste of time.

There was no solid breakfast. Just apples and coffee and what tasted like store bought watered down oj.

The location was so convenient to the thruway. close to eating places and shopping
the decor is tired and dingy. could use a redo. The breakfast was poor

There was no way to close the curtains to block out some of the exterior light.

Loud patrons, noisy doors, minimal sound proofing between rooms.

My room had a mini fridge in it, but the identical room next door that I reserved for my father did not.

the rooms seemed clean
the hallway and lobby was dirty which gave us a bad impression. There were a few things like a plastic wrapper under my pillow (?!) but the sheets "looked" clean. everything was a bit wrinkled.
