Pool was full of algae, growing ferns, only chose this place for outdoor pool and fun on second day of my child's 10th birthday. At time of check in never notified about pool conditions. Once we canceled I was promised a full refund only to call back later to have been charged one of 2 nights when I was there 30 minutes. Ridiculous and more expensive. Far from stadium.

Hallways were overly hot/had a humid smell. Hallway carpets needed to be cleaned I got back at 3 pm and my room had not been cleaned Balcony was dirty

Web said morning food was 0.10 extra was not. Coffee almost 4.00 a cup. Swimming pool water was green not pumping. And lock up. . Will not be staying there. Don't feel worth the money.

Very clean

Great Location, excellent staff and really clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and excellent access. Room was spacious, in a nice spot. Nothing to fault!

The property was definitely not as expected, as I looked at the pictures I definitely expected more out of the hotel. I’ve actually had a cheaper room with a better experience. The featured photos were definitely not reality, the room was approximately bigger than a two man cell. I definitely went to get a refund moments after arriving but I couldn’t find a room with same day availability. The couching and cushions were obviously stained it could easily be replaced. The room did not have any pillows and also when I went to the front they had no resolution as to why the rooms didn’t have pillows, I’m unaware of why the room would also go to extremes as to selling a room for a bed with a pullout when there’s no pillows to sleep comfortably on the pull out. The pool was out of commission but it had no sign and was not locked. My child was two seconds away from indulging her body in a algae infested dump. I couldn’t tell if the pool needed to be pressure washed, revamped or if it was a design. I called the front desk and questioned if it was a trick on the eyes or if the pool actually hadn’t been shocked. They advised me that the pool was closed as I was casually sitting at the pool with my legs crossed . . I actually never want to experience a hotel that has this name again.

Elevator was scary, no continental breakfast and we paid quite a bit for the room, the bed were hard.

I didn't have breakfast due to being Robbed by the front desk clerk and the location was great for the Braves Game

I didn't like the fact of being Robbed by staff member and the General manager was so freaking rude and told me that she couldn't do anything with the situation until the 5th of July so to needing a engineer to read the lock log and then shower up a law enforcement officer 👮 demanded that she came in to deal with the situation but again she was very unprofessional and said several times that it was impossible until we provided proof of our location and she then became speechless with no apologies or didn't want to do the incident report until proof was shown I do know this is the worst customer service I have ever received from a courtyard and I will NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE OR VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN

The location to where I needed to be.

The courtyard area was so loud and kept me up all night. They have a fire pit and people drank and yelled out there til 1am.

It was close to Truist Park.

No working A/C in the hallways. Power was out for approximately 4 hours so no A/C in the room during that time. Kids allowed to run and scream down the halls after 10p. Front desk person didn’t seem to care. No continental breakfast.

I liked the spacious rooms and the comfortable bed.

I didn’t like that the room service/breakfast/“bistro” always appeared closed or there weren’t enough staff to keep it open.
