The hotel needed many improvements. The pool was green, steps were falling apart, the fitness room was closed. All the ice machines weren’t working. No breakfast, one pillow for each bed, cockroaches in the room

The property is very convenient for travelers or tourist coming through the town. You are really close to everything.

I paid for 4 rooms in cash, didn’t have to do a deposit hold, but the card I used for booking the charged me anyways. The guy that did my check in do not speak English well. so I had to wait till checkout day for someone to understand what I was saying about the double charge. Its fine but, kind of threw me off with planning a little because they had my money tied up. The property have no upkeep whatsoever. One of my rooms was full of pest so they had to move us to the 3rd floor. DO NOT BOOK A STAY ON THE SECOND FLOOR. They do not have updated rooms. The beds are horrible. The beds are full size and not queens. The walls are horrible as if do not clean them behind guest. They do not like giving you towels at all. You have to argue with them about what you are paying them for. They do not offer free breakfast as advertised. They only offer coffee which isn’t bad because Covid is still alive.

The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean.

-might not be pool season but the look of it was a turnoff due to garbage, etc floating in it -elevator had a rough landing when stopping at 3rd floor. We opted to use the stairs after that -no toaster for the breakfast -bottom step of central stairway in courtyard side (closest to the unit) was loose/shaky And our room (#304) had many issues… -smoke detector was missing -almost sound insulation through window and door..sounded like window was open to noise of people outside and traffic -the bed closest to the door was very creaky -toilet paper holder missing from bathroom wall -only 1 working light bulb by beds -no lighting near desk, so unusable when darker. -thanks for the coffee but both pouches were decaf

The property has a roach problem. The rolling chair had a hole in the back of it and the sitting chair was filthy. All of the doors at the property do not work. I had to change rooms twice.

Warn out room. The fire alarm is missing, the chair broke, headboards and wallboard in between were in terrible shape.

the Asian lady at front desk was so rude and disrespectful, she wanted me to check out and pay extra fee for late check out while I was trying to explain to her that I had adjusted the dates online, she was rude enough to ask me if I know how to read English and that she will call cops on me, she did not want to listen to what I was explaining to her until another worker came to sort the issue. The bed was shaking at night, the bottom of the bed is metallic, and there was loud noise from the havc of the hotel opposite. very uncomfortable night.

I ended up canceling my 3 night stay. the room was dirty the bathroom had dirty toilet paper on the floor and there were stains on the walls oh and it smelled so strong of cigarettes it was horrible.

Parents did not complain, but overall they were not impressed with the hotel staff or condition.
