staff rude. very noisy on Friday night until almost 2am. called about loud patrons in next room and never resolved

I didnt like that I was charged for parking and wifi and breakfast wasn't included. These are amenities that are generally included. The room was already expensive and even more expensive with the basics.

It was very clean and comfortable. The pool area and gym area was very comfortable

Bed was comfortable. The view out the window was great. Temperature control worked well.

Drawers didn't close properly. Not enough storage space for unpacking clothes, Not enough space in bathroom for unpacking toiletries. There was a strange sound, repeatedly coming from within the hotel, that sounded like a donkey braying! The room also was smaller than we expected. Also, I don't think we should be paying additional for parking at this location (far from downtown).
