The lights in the room didn't work. The walls were thin, bedding wasn't get clean. The room had roaches and mosquitos in it.

When we asked for more towels they act like we are extended guess if u going to charge like a hotel we need service like a normal hotel

So let me tell you my experience yesterday! When I arrived at the hotel (almost 1am) to do my check in the front desk was close, but there is a phone on the wall that you should buzz 500 so they can help you at that time. I WAS THERE EXHAUSTED for 40 minutes (they can check me on the camera waiting) after I called booking.com they called someone inside, but the whole process took abt 40 min. The girl that open right after didn’t showed like she cared much at all. So next: The room and the elevator was NASTY. My room smelled like pee, not even joking. It was not cheap (total of $218 for 2 nights) and I left the next day and checked myself in at doubletree at Hilton. Only $20 more and amazing hotel. The only consideration I would like to add is that the front desk for the next day, I guess “Ebony” was ready to help me getting a refund for part of that day and treated me really right. But again: do not waist your money. Worst hotel I ever stayed. Ellen Lima
