Comfortable beds
Location was okay but there wasn’t much around within walking distance.
Breakfast was okay.

It was completely paid before I got there. They recharged my credit card. Actually...I paid $211. for my room. They charged my credit card again, but for $270 and they can't tell me why. Im more than mad about the situation. Money is hard enough to come by and I wanted my rooms paid for before I went on vacation, so that that worry would be gone.

The room was very basic , the photos in booking.com better but in reality a bit different.
Didn’t have enough towels and shampoo , needed to ask extra.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. Accommodation was large and roomy.
It is a little dated and the couch had a stain on it. The bathroom was very small.

Wi-Fi is lil tricky. Also TV is always true to its guide. Wish could use cash when purchasing food or drink. Sometimes it takes over 5 days for $ held when stay. Don't understand why?

There was a warm/hot breakfast available daily. Staff was friendly.
This was a sanctuary hotel. Which I wasn't expecting. The indoor pool was not in working order. They mentioned there was limited housekeeping, which was fine, but they never made any attempt to clean our room in the 4 nights that we stayed there. They could've at least shown up 1 day to clean and we had to refresh our own towels and empty our own garbage. Then they tried to overcharge me at time of check out, but that was quickly resolved, since I showed proof of my original quote and booking from a 3rd party.

Is was only 15 mins from Salem and affordable for a family suite. The room was definitely spacious and what I needed.
The exterior needs to be renovated desperately. Looks ran down! The rooms and interior look’s renovated and clean. When we got into our room, the floor by the window was wet and the window had been left open. Thankfully, we didn’t have smaller children who could have fallen from that window. There was only 3 bath towels and we had 4 adults. Called the front desk and they quickly brought up more. The toilet paper was not a full roll (1/4 left) and not an extra in the room. Luckily we brought our own for Salem just in case! House keeping could do better.

Breakfast was decent. They were out of syrup and coffee cup covers both days we were there.
The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations which we didn’t find out until we got there. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The toilet in the bathroom was INCREDIBLY loud and sounded like it was going to explode. We booked the room for 5 people and it was not ready for 5 people (only two towels, not enough pillows, no extra bedding for the pullout couch, only one very small garbage can for the whole suite and no garbage in the bathroom at all). The tub was not as clean as we would have liked, there was still hair from the prior occupant. We two found stink bugs in our room. There was an event in the conference room one night and not enough parking available. We had a friend with us in a wheelchair and there were absolutely no spaces left in the entire hotel parking lot. There were several people circling the parking lot. We were ultimately told to park up a very steep hill in a separate business plaza, but we were nicely assured our vehicles would not be towed. Staff was responsive to our requests and nothing was terrible, just a sub par experience especially for the cost of the room.

It was close to family and friends
We picked this hotel because it was a Marriott hotel and it had a pool sadly the pool out of action they should have made that clear at the time of my booking and I would have had the option to go to the other hotel I Peabody which I stayed in last year which also had a pool

The room was okay - but after travelling 4 hours, sitting at a football game for 2 1/2 hours in extreme heat and then checking into the hotel to be told that the pool etc, was under construction was not what our family wanted to hear. We should have been told this prior to our arrival so that we could have made other arrangements. Also, the breakfast was very poor - cold eggs, dry muffins and not much else to choose from. I will not be recommending this facility and will certainly not stay there again when we return for future sporting events. Please pass along my comments to the facility.

Friendly staff. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast bar with multiple choices. Great location between Boston and Salem.
We enjoyed all of our stay. We were just disappointed we didn’t get to swim and enjoy pool time because it was broken.

The room was big and clean. Localization was good for us.
I was not informed before check in that the swimming pool was broken (we chose this hotel mainly for this reason). No everyday room cleaning service. Just one, little trash bin in the room for 5 people. Breakfast was horrible, super chemical food and served on plastic plates. We also had the toilet clogged twice… No kettle.

Extremely hard to find off highway. Hotel sign is way back off the street, hidden from road by overpass and trees. Also retail stores in front block seeing the hotel. We passed it without seeing it and route 129 is impossible to do a U turn and enter parking lot. Took us over 30 min using gps to find an entrance into hotel parking lot.

i like the space in the room, the bed were really comfy
pool out of service, the gym does not have enough equipment, the breakfast was horrible, me and my son went down for breakfast and we left all the food in the plate, i had to go out and eat, the microwave is from 1942, too expensive the price per night for and old building
