For the price the rooms were exceptionally small. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled. Rather go to Las Vegas and have a nicer hotel and golf and spa treatment.

Wow!! What a GREAT SPACE to relax. Everything was so well appointed and attention paid to the detials! I never realized how relaxing a golf course view is!

Very easy, relaxed and if you needed anything the Front Desk Accommodated you in just a few minutes.

At the quiet pools it may have been quiet but to allow your child to constantly play on the disabled lift is a SHOCK!!!!! That lift is there for a reason, no matter if you chills is off the spectrum etc. HAVE SOME CONTROL!!!!’

Room and facilities are excellent

The check-in staff were ridiculously rude - never seen anything like it. and couldn’t check in until 5pm. They also don’t accept cash payments for incidentals, they make no exceptions

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The new washing machine and separate dryer was a bonus. The bed and pillows were awesome and the a/c handled the heat with ease. Enjoying breakfast on the private verandah, watching the golfers coming past, was a treat. We didnt visit any of the resort restaurants, pools, etc but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We didn't appreciate when booking (from looking on Google maps) how far out of Palm Springs this resort (and every other resort) is located - its an approx 25-30 min drive. You would most likely only be staying here if you had a car so its no big deal and worth it for the comfort, peace and quiet the well appointed resort provides.

We were at Mariott Villas at the end of our National Parks road trip to get some rest. Everything was really ok. Apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed. Pools were ok, although the small west pool needed some cleaning.

Restaurants - not to many, it would be nice to have something more in the villas area.

Everything, the room was clean and spacious with a big bath tub. The views were fantastic

Couldn't stay an extra night. No ramps in parking area for handicaps parking spots.

The kitchen was stocked with all necessary supplies which was super helpful. Lots of space ! Felt private , love that we get access to J.W !!

SHOWER HEAD WAS TOO HIGH - NEED A SPRAYER NOZZLE HELD BY HAND NEEDS MORE HAND BARS IN THE SHOWER OR A PLASTIC STOOL THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE "ACCESSIBLE" FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED

Main Palmers pool, bar and grill closed way to early for a summer crowd. Shuttle service was horrible. One driver told my son in law not to board because he was about to go to lunch. Another driver failed to pick us up after texting for a ride for a party of 13. He got in his bus and made a upturn and drove away for a couple of minutes before stopping for us. Bus was empty.

Having to wait all day to change villas. Was never told how long it would take to be done.

The location, covered car ports, the simplicity of finding the building and villa.

The pool near the check in desk didn’t allow lounge floats

Loved all the pools on property and all the activities

That the shuttle times where not correct according to what they had posted
