Nancy the day manager was so rude and inconsiderate. She needs to be retrained in customer service. She literally roller her eyes @ me tryimg to explain the difference between a service dog and emotional suppoet animal. I had mentioned that I’m twice cancer survivor and I travel with my special needs neice. She was just so insensitive I will not ever stay @ thier facily…The swimming pool was disgusting.
I paid good momey to stay should have booked @the motel 6 they have more mannerism

The staff at the front desk, Nancy, was very helpful. I booked 2 rooms today, and prepaid both rooms. Booking.com pm;y cleared 1 room, Nancy is working on it to clear the 2nd room.

you . .. Didn't update my change of date so I didn't have a reservation when I arrived at the hotel . That was very very upsetting and even more when I had a email confirmation.

The room was passable it was not completely clean. And, the air conditioner was 3 inches from the bed and I could hear it all night long, didn’t sleep but a few hours. The conditioner in the shower was completely out, and the water pressure needs help. The TV Showed no signal, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was fair and as expected. Location was excellent for the place we spent our week-end. parking was fine.
Room was fair. Giant cockroach in bathroom was an unwelcome guest. Management did take care of that quickly. TV station selection was poor. If I had known before I would have brought my own Roku. Breakfast Sunday morning was inundated by 12 construction workers that took it over for about 15 min.

This was advertised as a resort - it was mold ridden badly maintained unacceptable - we requested to leave and they said we would be refunded, ruined an entire evening of our vacation horrible experience.

Convenient central locations for meeting local friends during our stay. Room was large well appointed for the price range hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breeakfast was good.
we did experience some faint noise because of the proximity of the property to I-10 and the railroad. It was only very minor, and did not cause cause us to lose sleep, etc. I only mention it because this survey seems to require an entry here.
